Returns Policy

Quality guarantee - every care and effort has gone into the creation of my artwork, and this is reflected in any work that is available for purchase on this website. If, for any reason you are unhappy with the product received, please contact me via email within 24 hours of receiving your product at info@rachelmelchers.com

Items purchased on this website will be shipped from my studio in Mudgee, NSW within 7 days of the date of purchase. Any product that is to be shipped has a final inspection by me to ensure it is in excellent condition. Items are packaged with care to ensure their safe arrival. If an item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact me via email within 24 hours to discuss arrangements. If the item is damaged beyond repair, a full refund will be given.

If you have a change of mind and decide the artwork is not suitable, you have 30 days to return the artwork for a full refund. The artwork must be returned in original condition with no damage, it must be packaged as it was upon delivery to ensure its safe return. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, including insurance cover for the value of the item purchased. Once the item has been successfully returned and cleared for any damage, the customer will be contacted and a refund issued.
